Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to the “Diwali Runningo Challenge” programme for consumers (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) sponsored and launched by NBC Bearings, wherein consumers can participate by verifying Unique Bearings Code, inscribed on the bearings.
- The contest is valid from 15th Sept 2023 to 15th Nov, 2023.
- Contest is only valid for Mechanics registered in the NBC Connect App.
- On reaching scheme slabs rewards points will be added to the respective mechanic account at the end of the scheme.
- NBC Bearings, hereinafter referred to as “Company” would have the authority to make any amendment in the scheme without any prior notice, and also have the right to close or extend the scheme before the scheme period.
- Company has rights to reject & disallow any claim in case scheme eligibility conditions are not met.
- Company Employees and authorized stockists are not part of this scheme.
- Company will have the right to reject the claim of any Mechanic who is not found to be genuine mechanic.
- Gifts shown in the brochure are only indicative, actual gifts may vary from them.
- One cashback point equals One Rupee.
- For Automobile gifts, ex-showroom price of the respective state will be considered for the settlement.
- For gift entitlement, the value of points achieved will be considered for the settlement.
- If participant’s points are between two slabs, per point value of the lower slab will be considered from the settlement.
- Any dispute will be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
- Participants will be liable for taxes applicable as per the government guidelines.
- By participating in this contest, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions available on nbcbearings.com. The decisions of NBC Bearings will be final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Successfully entering the contest and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
- NBC Bearings reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in the regards will be entertained.
- NBC Bearings reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the contest and/or deletion or addition of any of the terms and conditions of the promo, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and/or assigning any reason thereof. All decisions of NBC Bearings with respect to the contest and the prizes therein will be final, binding and conclusive.
- A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted.
- Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process.
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.

- NBC Bearings or its agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, governmental action, force majeure circumstances and/or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of NBC Bearings/its agencies and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
- Any participant of the contest who wins a prize during the contest period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
- The winner generation will be done on the basis of valid batch code number + unique mobile number + other requisite and necessary documents in connection thereof and more specifically mentioned hereunder.
