Kick Off Workshop
Kick off workshop jointly with NBC and its partner Leap2excel. All enrolled channel partners gather at a common location. Individual meetings help identify potential support areas through a focused 1–2 day workshop.
Sounding Board & Mentoring
Diagnose business challenges at channel partner locations with Leap2excel professionals. Identify growth opportunities, define action plans, and receive one-to-one coaching every 3–4 weeks.
Group Learning Circles
Create learning groups with common interests to share experiences, processes, systems, succession planning, and best practices. Regular reviews ensure measurable progress and continuous improvement.
Program Investment
Your commitment & involvement to work the growth and bear 50% of the cost which will be reimbursed if you
meet the overall sales target agreed with NBC.
